Here's what's on the menu: our favourite running spots!
Thursday Intervals
Every Thursday, 6:30 AM — same meet spot: outside Accor Stadium, opposite the locker room (Google Maps). Sessions stay local to Wentworth Point/Olympic Park; here are some of the usual workout spots:
Riverwalk
- Meetup Point/Route Link: Link
- Description: Meet up at Iluka and do reps at the Riverwalk.
Accor Stadium (Thursday meet spot)
- Meetup Point/Route Link: Link
- Description: Every Thursday 6:30 AM we meet here — outside the stadium, opposite the locker room. Flat and wide nearby for interval reps.
Garbage Hill
- Meetup Point/Route Link: Link
- Description: Hill repeats/strides.
Wentworth Commons Loop
- Meetup Point/Route Link: Link
- Description: Longer repeats.
Brickpit
- Meetup Point/Route Link: Link
- Description: Shorter repeats when it's open earlier in Summer.

Our Sunday long runs take place at different locations around Sydney. Here are our regular routes:
Rhodes/Parra Park Loop
- Location: Rhodes
- Distance: 20-31km
- Route Link: Link
- Description: Flat, fast and local.
Sydney Harbour Hills Edition
- Location: Sydney Harbour
- Distance: 20-30km

- Description: Hilly + scenic route along the harbour foreshore.
Cooks River -> Brighton
- Location: Ashfield
- Distance: 20-30km

- Description: Turn around point at a cafe!
