Thursday Intervals

Every Thursday, 6:30 AM — same meet spot: outside Accor Stadium, opposite the locker room (Google Maps). Sessions stay local to Wentworth Point/Olympic Park; here are some of the usual workout spots:

Riverwalk

  • Meetup Point/Route Link: Link
  • Description: Meet up at Iluka and do reps at the Riverwalk.

Accor Stadium (Thursday meet spot)

  • Meetup Point/Route Link: Link
  • Description: Every Thursday 6:30 AM we meet here — outside the stadium, opposite the locker room. Flat and wide nearby for interval reps.

Garbage Hill

  • Meetup Point/Route Link: Link
  • Description: Hill repeats/strides.

Wentworth Commons Loop

  • Description: Longer repeats.

  • Description: Shorter repeats when it's open earlier in Summer.
